Reflection time/return

We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may want to return an order. However, due to the nature of our care products, returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided that the product remains unopened and unused. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If the product meets these conditions, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@cowboymagic-europe.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returning it. Any damage or wear to the packaging may result in a reduction of the refund.
